What we build
Merging, splitting, compressing, converting, and editing PDFs, images, and documents shouldn't require installing desktop software or handing your files to a dozen different sketchy sites. ApexNova Tools puts the everyday PDF and image tasks — merge, split, compress, convert to and from Word/Excel/PowerPoint, OCR, watermark, protect, and more — behind one consistent, fast interface.
How it works
Upload a file, pick what you want done, and the processing happens on our servers — no plugins, no desktop installs. Once you've downloaded your result (or after about an hour if you don't), the file is deleted. We don't keep a library of everything you've ever uploaded.
What's different
- Every core tool is free — no feature paywalled behind a "Pro" tier for basic use
- Files are processed on demand and deleted automatically, not archived indefinitely
